Digital Services & Products: Most of our services (consulting, subscriptions, and digital solutions) are delivered electronically. Access details, license keys, or deliverables are usually shared via email or through our client portal within the agreed timeline.

Physical Products (if applicable): On rare occasions where physical goods are provided, shipping timelines and tracking details will be communicated at checkout or by email. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States.

Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you if such issues occur.
2. Return & Refund Policy
We aim to provide transparency and fairness. Please review the following guidelines:
a) Digital Services & Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations stop future billing but do not trigger automatic refunds for the current billing cycle.

One-time consulting or project fees are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided no substantial work has been completed.

If services have already been delivered or partially completed, the portion already performed is non-refundable.
b) Digital Products

License keys, software, and digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of defective products or technical issues we cannot resolve.

If a product does not function as described, please contact our support team for troubleshooting or replacement before requesting a refund.
c) Physical Goods (if any)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the item.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:

Customized or personalized services already delivered.

Digital products once downloaded or activated (unless defective).

Completed consulting or project work that has already been approved by the client.
